Discharge
Once you are happy with the progression your child has made during therapy, all assessments and relevant treatment sessions have been completed and any reports you may want received and understood, and Occupational Therapy can no longer benefit your child, then you can be discharged from our service.
Self-management:
At OT for Kids we aim to provide you with the advice and education so that over time you can gain an understanding of how the condition impacts upon your child, how you can manage this and strategies you can use with your child to ensure they have an exciting and fulfilled future following therapy.
However, following discharge, should you wish to discuss anything or be re-referred for therapy then please do not hesitate to get back in touch. We will be more than happy to help. You can reach us at office@otforkids.co.uk or call us on 0330 223 0888
